the staff was lovely. i found ava and kai at the bar to be so friendly. they happily served me a round before closing with a smile and a nice chat. it became a perfect end to my evenings.
The wifi wasn't consistently strong in my room. It sometimes disconnected, slightly annoying.

My room was clean and spacious. the bed was firm, yet soft. soft cotton sheets made sleeping so easy. i appreciate the air conditioning working well. This kept the room cool and comfortable.

the hotel has an excellent location. it is right on the water, near the port. it also offers a short walk to the downtown area, a plus for exploring. the hotel provides convenient access to various city attractions.

Breakfast offered an excellent choice of items. the iced coffee from the bar was good. i consider returning for dinner. The bar area was well kept. the dining service was pretty satisfying.

Receptionists were pleasant. i found the front of house staff to be very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. one staff member was efficient regarding exiting the car park. This ensured a smooth departure.

The car park was safe and secure. This gave me peace of mind. the hotel features very nice decor throughout, which i found aesthetically pleasing. i observed a lovely, comfortable, and spacious foyer as well.

I found the check-in process efficient, staffed by a very helpful team. the room was well-kept, and the air conditioning functioned effectively. breakfast service was a little slow. i got my coffee eventually. the hotel's proximity to the city center proved convenient.
the window insulation was insufficient, and wind noise was quite noticeable. the curtains moved noticeably due to drafts. i believe this could be addressed with an upgrade to the window system.

Acceptable Location, Some Disappointments

The location was acceptable since it was close to the city center.
The room lighting was poor. It was quite dark. I requested an extra lamp but the one provided was very small and inadequate. The noise from the industrial fan was unbearable and disturbing. I wished it could be turned off, yet it automatically turned on each time the shower light was switched on.
