Romantic Getaway in the City

Joseph at the front desk gave such a warm welcome, taking time to learn where we came from and wishing my son a happy birthday. He (and all the staff) always greeted us. The hotel provides a mini refrigerator, so keeping our drinks cold was so easy. The location is superb. We also appreciated the coffee maker for morning starts.
I found that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy.

Our room was very clean with a great bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, assuring good night's rest after each day of seeing the sights. We also had ample space for our belongings and moving about.

The staff were pretty good too. They sent emails and texts prior to our visit, acknowledging my daughter's birthday. We were also surprised with treats like blondies from a local bakery, a lovely gesture.

The rooftop was a great experience, with amazing views and wonderful staff. I loved sitting in Bryant Park, close to the hotel, enjoying the beautiful weather. The food options were excellent, and I found the hotel restaurant to be very nice.

the double double empire view guest room had a beautiful view of the empire state building at night i could see it while laying in bed the front reception desk was friendly and accommodating i found the breakfast menu at the lobby restaurant fantastic the food was really good.
