Acceptable stay

The room was a superb Loft Suite. The bed felt comfortable. Staff were personable and helpful, ready to assist with any request.
The hotel has no full bar currently. The terrace areas have a depressing feel. It is in an industrial area, I noticed with nothing of interest immediately around it.

My suite was spacious, it featured sixteen-foot ceilings and a complete kitchen. Everything seemed new and super clean. the bed offered great comfort, i really liked the overall design and the unique artwork. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
i found that the mini-split system didn't quite distribute cool air evenly throughout the suite.

The hotel is located near a residential area, it also has industrial surroundings. It felt safe. the location is convenient because it is near where a relative lives. the area might not be the most scenic.

The studio loft was quite large. It felt bigger than some apartments. the art in the room was a nice touch, it looks like the hotel commissioned pieces from artists. i found ample space for two computers.
Facilities

The gym provided drinking water. I could refill water bottles there. the bed and bedding were noticeably high quality. It provided very good comfort. i appreciated the inclusion of a drip coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast options included bagels, pastries, fruit, and yogurt, it also had packets of oatmeal. i could also choose jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches along with coffee, tea, and juice. It was a great value.

lumpy mattressuncomfortable bed
the sofa bed mattress was terrible. my daughter did sleep on the couch 4 out of 5 nights as pullout mattress was useless i believe. our queen bed mattress was also very uncomfortable to my standards. lumpy mattress and broken down i must add. i awoke with body aches all 5 days of my stay.

The staff was very kind and efficient. They assisted quickly with all requests. Our room included a well-stocked minibar with complimentary water and coffee daily. I found the toiletries in the bathroom to be of high quality. The provided breakfast consisted of fresh fruit and a good assortment of baked goods.
The walk to the nearest subway station took about 10 minutes.

The front desk staff were always present and ready to assist. They were quick to resolve any queries i had. I felt well looked after throughout my stay, due to their attention.

Our room featured very high ceilings. It had a modern, quirky interior design that i found appealing. The bed offered great comfort and supported restful sleep. This ensured i felt rested each morning. The room size was like a proper apartment.

Breakfast included many options. Fresh fruit, pastries, and other baked goods were available each morning. The breakfast provided a good start to the day. I appreciated the variety.

The room included a spacious lounge area that was useful. There were two televisions in the suite. I used both to relax and watch different programs. The design of the hotel as a whole was unique.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

The room I initially received had some issues. I found water leaking from the ceiling onto the bed pillows at 3 AM. Dealing with the night shift desk clerk proved difficult, as I had to pack everything before getting a new room key. The replacement room was an upgrade, but the shower was faulty, and the toilet kept sticking after flushing.
