a satisfactory stay, though some issues arose
poor insulation bathroom cleanliness
the location was convenient with many restaurants nearby.
I found the bathroom cleanliness questionable, i think. there was hair from previous guests. also, i noticed the sound insulation was inadequate. I could hear noise from the corridor and other rooms, such as talking. this made it hard to relax properly, i must say.

limited equipment noise isolation
i found the gym equipment limited. it contained only a few machines. the noise isolation from the hallway was inadequate. i clearly heard other guests talking and walking past my door. this interrupted my rest, and i found it bothersome at times.

pipe noise obstructed door
the room i had was not satisfactory , as i could distinctly hear water running through pipes, presumably from other rooms above and beside mine. it created an unwelcome disturbance , especially during quiet hours. the balcony door was also obstructed by an additional bed placed in the room .

bathroom cleanliness dated equipment
I loved the hotel's location and the overall ambiance, but the bathroom cleanliness was subpar. I noticed some hair in the shower from previous guests. sound insulation was also an issue, i could hear noise from the corridor and other rooms! we loved the pool. but the gym equipment looked a little dated.

helpful staff fresh pastries super clean room
I found the staff at the front desk helpful, so check-in was super smooth. the breakfast buffet presented many choices, i especially liked the fresh pastries! my room was super clean and well-kept. I was really impressed.
it slightly disrupted relaxation in the room.

fantastic stay near navigli canals
excellent location comfortable bed clean room complimentary snacks
The hotel's location proved excellent with many nearby bars and restaurants. A metro station was within easy walking distance. the room was spacious. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The bed was also quite comfortable. i especially enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the bar during the afternoon and evening.

The staff were friendly. they were also helpful when i asked for directions and recommendations. the breakfast service was efficient. I never waited long for anything i needed.
