an acceptable stay overall
hotel location metro station helpful staff dim lighting bathroom basin street noise
the hotel location worked well for my plans. the metro station was right outside the hotel. the breakfast had sufficient options that tasted good. the staff was generally friendly and helpful
the room lighting was dim, so it was hard to see. the bathroom basin had not been cleaned well upon arrival. there was street noise at night. sirens were very noticeable

convenient location tasty breakfast attentive service
the hotel location offers convenient metro access. breakfast choices were varied and tasty. the staff provided attentive service . i received a room upgrade as a loyalty member and valued the staff's genuine attention.
street noise was noticeable at times.

adequate stay, issues with cleanliness
unclean basin street noise
the bathroom basin was not clean upon arrival. someone had left shaving remnants behind. i had to clean it myself before using it which wasn't a great start to my stay. there was also noticeable street noise from sirens.

limited gym unreliable wi-fi
the breakfast offered many options and met my expectations.
The gym was quite limited. It only had two cardio machines and no weights. the wi-fi signal was also unreliable. It frequently disconnected. i often found myself in the lobby just to get a stronger connection.

many breakfast options fresh juice helpful staff closed bar poor drainage unsafe tub
the breakfast had many options and fresh juice was available. the front desk staff were very helpful. the location was good and close to milano centrale train station.
the lobby was being renovated so the bar was closed. the bathtub drained poorly and water accumulated during showers. the tub was high off the ground presenting a safety issue.
