tranquil suite chosen books soothing atmosphere malfunctioning air conditioning uncomfortable night loud noise
my prestige suite was a haven of tranquility. the sunlight filled the space, illuminating the carefully chosen books on the coffee table. the unique scent in the room created a soothing atmosphere.
the air conditioning in my room did not function properly. this made for a very uncomfortable night. i also noticed loud noise coming from one of the cupboards.

helpful staff gluten-free products broken air conditioning poor compensation
The staff were very kind. They went out of their way to be of help. Breakfast was great. I found the restaurant staff amazing and very accommodating. They offered a great selection of gluten-free products for alternative breakfast options. The location is convenient. It is in a quiet neighborhood.
The air conditioning did not work. They were aware of the issue, made my night very uncomfortable.

bad coffee extra money
the breakfast wasn't good there weren't many buffet choices i didn't think much of the coffee either paying extra for things like omelets felt odd i really didn't like the breakfast experience it should be changed completely

delicious breakfast friendly staff perfume factory hot elevator malfunctioning safe shower pressure
i enjoyed the delicious breakfast! the staff was very friendly. the hotel has a great vibe because it was converted from a perfume factory, so cool. i liked they provided little perfumes in the room!
the floors and elevator were intolerably hot! the safe malfunctioned continuously. the shower had little pressure and water seeped into the bathroom, what a mess.
