the staff was helpful and attentive. i appreciated the location being within walking distance to main attractions. i enjoyed the good heating in the room during the winter. the room provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
the shower in our room needed a better design! the glass door swung open and water spilled onto the bathroom floor. i had to prop a garbage can next to it to keep it closed.

The room felt quite small and dark. It faced the backyard. the shower design wasn't ideal. The glass door allowed water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

The location is super, right next to the museum! Also breakfast is one of the bests I have had. They even gave me a free upgrade to the Junior Suite because I arrived early for check in. What a blast!
