I found the receptionists quite lovely and helpful. the breakfast selection was perfect and offered great variety. my room had a coffee maker, and i enjoyed the delicious coffee. tram stops were a short five-minute walk away. From there, access to the city and the airport was easy.
The wardrobes lacked shelving or drawers. This seemed like space was not optimally utilized.

the breakfast hostess was nice and accommodating to everyone. i found the reception lady also very helpful if needed. the location proved to be convenient though a bit away from downtown.
i wasn't given the room i originally paid for initially. the bathroom seemed a bit dirty and rundown at first glance. the water also drained slowly from the sink.

lovely quiet hotel!

I really liked that the hotel is near vondelpark and close to trams. finding food was so easy because there were so many options nearby. the staff was friendly, so that helped a lot. the location is ideal. It is not too close to the city center, so the area is nice and quiet.
i found it odd that there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. i had to buy some at the main reception area, a bit pricey. next time i would get some from a supermarket to save money.

the front desk staff weren't great. when i arrived, they told me most of us would have to settle for single bed twin rooms. we had prepaid and booked for a beautiful double or executive rooms. it put an awful start to the trip.
