Welcome to Bilderberg Garden Hotel – Amsterdam

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, despite needing an upgrade and feeling cold even at maximum thermostat settings, had comfortable beds. The service was pleasant and helpful overall, but there were instances of forgetfulness and being overworked. The location was great, within walking distance to various attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience, though quite expensive, wasn't impressive due to limited selection and some unpolite service. The facilities were average.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while not exactly as described, were decent albeit a bit average. The service, particularly in the restaurant, was welcoming and friendly. The location was a bit further from the center than expected, but it offers accessibility to public transport. The dining experience didn't quite meet the expectations, but the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel had modern and spacious rooms with comfy beds and very nice bathrooms featuring great Loccitane products, but my room was not ready until 3 pm, which was not acceptable to me. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, although at times seemed overworked. The location was superb, close to restaurants, parks, and tram lines, providing easy access to the city center. The dining experience was great and well-catered but quite expensive, so I opted to have breakfast out. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in service efficiency and room readiness.

The hotel is situated in a gorgeous residential area, a bit out of the main city areas, in a leafy and affluent-looking suburb. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable, but the noise made when opening or closing the door was quite disruptive. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff members being extremely friendly while others appeared unhelpful and distant. The dining experience was good overall but needs some improvement in variety. The location suited us well, offering easy access to local amenities and attractions.
