Excellent Stay Near the EU Institutions

The hotel is committed to eco-friendly practices, apparent. Staff members are friendly and helpful. They are multilingual too. I found the rooms clean, uncluttered, modern, and well-organized. The provided coffee machine and kettle were useful additions.
I noticed there was NO complimentary water provided in the refrigerator.

The personnel was cute and efficient (they even provided power adaptors, if needed). Room service was also quite satisfactory. I received a voucher as well for indicating i did not want house cleaning services.

The breakfast buffet offered plentiful options. Many choices included eggs, bacon, cheese, and fresh fruit. There were plenty of vegan choices that had clear labeling. Staff quickly cleared tables even during busy periods (the breakfast was great!).

The hotel is situated near the European Commission headquarters. Several restaurants are within a short walking distance from the building. A metro station sits just across the street. That makes travel very convenient.

The metro was CLOSE. It made it EASY to get around. The room included modern design. The staff was very friendly.
