The staff was super friendly (i especially appreciate this). The food was fantastic. I recommend the special curries. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.

Really good stay!
excellent breakfast warm welcome keyless security
I received a warm welcome from Maria! She was wonderfully hospitable. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Shakshouka and avocado with eggs on toast were available. The food was generally very good , and i recommend the curries and Asian starters. I appreciated the keyless security system.
the building is old and i could hear some noise from other rooms.

Maria was amazingly attentive to all guests, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She promptly showed how things worked in the room. She provided a REALLY lovely reception after our journey, showing genuine care and attention.

The room was modern and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel design is lovely , and you can tell a lot of thought has been put into it. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.

unsatisfactory breakfast run-down location
the staff provided a good service.
The breakfast was not satisfactory. i ordered tea, i received a cup with a tea bag on a string and a wooden stick. the location surrounding the building was run down. Rubbish was present near the doorstep.

spacious room luxurious pillows smart television tasty curry
i stayed in a very spacious room and found it excellent. the bed had luxurious pillows. a smart television provided netflix and sky. maria recommended a home made curry and served it in my room. it tasted amazing and very fresh , and i chose the time for a freshly cooked breakfast.

The room was decorated tastefully and felt luxurious. It had a high level of fit. parking right outside was very convenient. the hotel was super quiet at night, made sleep easy.
The area outside the hotel seemed rundown and there was rubbish on the doorstep. the towel felt cheap. There was only one provided. i thought the meal was extortion and overpriced.

my room, mayfair, was super clean and very quiet. the bed was wonderfully comfortable. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially maria. she was very cute and gave great local directions.
The location was a bit obscure. Parking was not great.

charmed by the perfect service
relaxed atmosphere interior styling overall comfort
i found the hotel easily. maria at reception was professional and cute.. i felt immediately at ease. the interior styling was stylish yet inviting, and it created a relaxed atmosphere. the mix of comfort and technology was also excellent, giving a sense of relaxation.
the location felt a little remote, and parking was somewhat challenging to find. the building seemed old, and the floorboards creaked noticeably as people moved around upstairs. it made restful sleep a little difficult.
