great locationcanal pathconvenient parking
the location was perfect. I found it SO easy to walk along the canal path to various spots. I also appreciated the mailbox parking accessibility, it made everything so convenient for me.
the corridors were quite dark, maybe some brighter lighting could improve the atmosphere.

The location was GREAT. It was close to everything I wanted to see. I enjoyed the AMAZING views from the room and the rooftop bar. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found my room clean, well kept, and comfortable.
The concrete pillar was a bit awkward, as it was placed at one side of my bed.

The breakfast service occurs on the top floor, offering AMAZING views. I noticed the staff are very attentive, the buffet remains fully stocked. Guests can choose from a wide range of hot and cold options.

The rooftop bar provides extensive views of the surrounding area. It's quite a sight. Guests can access several restaurants and bars within a short walk. The Utilita Arena is nearby, great for attending events.
