My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious with a huge balcony to enjoy the Birmingham urban landscape view. The facilities were well-maintained and inclusive, even having a bathroom for wheelchair users. Service was top-notch with a friendly and welcoming staff. The location was perfect for shopping, sightseeing, and theatres. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
