relaxing lounge sea view friendly staff reheated food limited toast background noise
The location was AMAZING! I could easily explore the seaside town. The lounge was relaxing. The staff were friendly, especially the young lad who supported ipswich football team.
Breakfast WAS poor. Food SEEMED to be reheated, and the quality was not as good as it used to be. I requested toast and got one slice. There was a noise in my room, coming from pipes behind a cupboard.

charmed stay!

nice decor lovely receptionist fantastic food
the room featured nice decor and everything looked clean. the receptionist was lovely during check-in and check-out. she even provided us with water for our onward journey, a nice touch. we didn't book a table for dinner, but we arrived anyway, and it was fine and the food was fantastic.
i booked two nights in one of the best rooms, but it needed some attention. the blinds hung crooked and the curtain needed rehanging. the tv was not working properly because it had no bbc1. a replacement was recommended, but it did not happen .
