The lobby had a lovely appearance. the curtains in my room did not close fully. This let light in at unwanted times. The bathroom felt quite cramped too. The price felt high for what I experienced, considering the prime location WAS the factor. Stair work caused MINOR issues

I found the staff very helpful, especially with my luggage upon arrival. the hotel shares access with a restaurant. I enjoyed dinner there. i appreciated that the location allowed easy walks to many attractions (i even walked to hyde park!).
My room was smaller than i expected (i perhaps packed too much). the bathroom was also a bit cramped. The towels felt undersized.

this hotel is in a top-notch location. it allowed easy walking to harrods, hyde park, and battersea power station. several pubs and a nightclub are nearby (though i didn't visit them).

The curtains in my room had holes , which was not ideal. I found the room faced north , and this made it quite dark.
