idris welcomed me warmly upon my arrival at reception. he provided excellent advice and assistance. the location is great, near tottenham court road station. the hotel offers easy access to attractions and public transport.
the steps into the hotel presented a minor challenge, but the staff helped with my luggage.

The hotel's location was great, convenient for exploring various central areas. the entrance had a nice lounge area. It was comfortable for sitting. the staff completed check-in quickly, helpful because i wanted to go back out.
The breakfast was ok, but just passable, nothing special. the room had no real issues. it could benefit from some updates. i found it lacked a minibar and coffee-making facilities.

the location was convenient for accessing different parts of the city.
The staff seemed UNINTERESTED in helping with luggage despite seeing me struggle. i needed to get the luggage trolley myself and load all the bags. A 4-star hotel should offer basic concierge services. the front desk staff looked impolite, quite irritating.
