the staff at reception was very friendly and informative. the location is in a quiet area with public transportation. my room was surprisingly spacious, much larger than i expected (i was really happy with that).

the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the breakfast offered quick refills and many options. public transport was easily accessible with bus 74a stopping right outside. the supermarket next to the hotel was very convenient for any needs.
i asked for extra pillows at reception but they did not have any available. i reminded them again the next day but nothing happened. we remained without extra pillows .

The bus stop located just in front of the hotel made getting around convenient.
Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival I noticed dust and candy packaging under the bed. This lack of cleanliness caused me to cough during the night. Breakfast options focused mainly on sweets and cold meals with limited hot choices like diced sausages or scrambled eggs. The coffee was subpar as well.
