The location has easy access to the MRT station and Little India. I appreciated many Indian restaurants within 10 minutes walking. The staff were helpful. They provided directions and local business information. Vignes at the counter accommodated a special request I made on check-out day.
The plastic toilet seat in my room was broken, I found this inconvenient.

perfect for exploring

historical stylegreat location
i find the location quite good with its historical style. the rooms were clean, even though the bathroom was a little small. near hotel is little india, which i liked a lot.
my room had internal windows facing the corridor and the light wasn't great. for privacy, i had to keep the curtains closed, so the room felt bit dark. this was not ideal.

the hotel features several amenities, including a restaurant that serves indian food and a small supermarket across the road. there is also two 7-eleven convenience stores a short walk from the hotel entrance.

The hotel had a cute ambience with a homely feel , made it easy to navigate. My room was cleaned daily, and amenities were replenished, including coffee and towels (I did request to skip this service on one night as I was only there briefly). Ahgilan was lovely at checkout and stored my luggage while I had a few hours before my flight. Grace and JJ also helped to.
The area immediately surrounding the hotel wasn't ideal for leisurely walks (though it had convenient metro access).
