I found the staff amazing. Access to the airport express train at the national theater station was very convenient. the location was excellent. some staff members were helpful. Others seemed less bothered. the ambiance was excellent too!!!
i found the mattresses were not good, too thin and well-used. the bed seemed like a sofa bed. we asked for a solution, and they put two mattresses on top of each other, which would make things worse.

i appreciated the location. it was perfect for exploring the city. the breakfast buffet had lots of choices, and the staff was helpful in ordering a taxi. the taxi even got us breakfast to go!

the staff showed great behaviour right from the beginning and up to the end of the stay. i also found the location perfect i explore the city with ease. the room was recently refurbished and was very modern.
my rooms window only opened a crack and the air cooling system did not make any difference to the room temperature. the duvet was nice. the decor, looks slightly tired.
