my room included a coffee maker and bottled water i found a beautiful view across the city from my window i slept soundly as the hotel was quiet during the night

broken tv shabby furniture
I was excited about my stay. the initial impression was promising, but small issues did accumulate. the tv in my junior suite did not work. Staff informed me cable work was the cause, but no fix was offered. a stained chair covered with a throw seemed like a poorly disguised attempt to mask neglect. The furniture generally felt shabby.

inconsistent temperature numerous stairs
I found a couple of issues. The shower temperature was hard to keep consistent. It swung from warm to cool. accessing my room required navigating many stairs. It was quite tiring after exploring all day. I wish there was an elevator
