Really good Boutique Hotel Experience

friendly staffgorgeous suiteineffective heating
The staff was friendly and supportive . I got a room upgrade, which I greatly appreciated. The suite I stayed in was gorgeous and spacious. The breakfast was also delicious with high-quality ingredients. I enjoyed the beautifully designed interiors of the hotel. Everything felt clean, cozy, and well kept.
I noticed that an air-forced heating system would be more effective during winter. The normal radiators provided adequate warmth, but the air system would ensure even and consistent temperature throughout the room.
Service
9/10
The front desk provided prompt assistance. Staff members were attentive, addressing all requests efficiently, while the concierge service offered helpful travel suggestions was great, and the daily housekeeping maintained pristine conditions.
Location
9/10
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. Its proximity to key attractions allowed easy access to cultural sites, with several dining options nearby, offering diverse culinary experiences, though transportation links were easily accessible.
Rooms
9/10
The room featured luxury soaps and fresh towels. It offered a relaxing retreat, while the in-room tea and coffee facilities provided added convenience, yet the comfortable bed ensured restful sleep, enriching the overall experience!
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the premises. It enabled seamless connectivity, while the cozy bar area offered a relaxing ambiance for evening drinks, the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and guest satisfaction was prioritized.
Dining

The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly. They ensured all needs were met with professionalism, while the continental breakfast offered a reasonable price, and it featured a variety of fresh, delicious options, though.

I was excited about my stay. the initial impression was promising, but small issues did accumulate. the tv in my junior suite did not work. Staff informed me cable work was the cause, but no fix was offered. a stained chair covered with a throw seemed like a poorly disguised attempt to mask neglect. The furniture generally felt shabby.
