Excellent Location and Service
convenient location local dining excellent service
The airport bus stop is conveniently located across from the hotel. Local dining options abound around the hotel. The staff offered EXCELLENT service, helping with directions and ensuring the room was clean. The location is near trams, buses and metro lines.
The internal lock was difficult to open. I experienced a minor injury to my finger. everything else was good.

The hotel has direct access to the airport bus A10. It sits between two subway stations with short walks. The entrance is actually on Water Street.

The team were friendly and helpful during check in. The concierge team provided world-class service, especially. On departure day, i was informed about the free shuttle service.
