helpful staff spacious room central location
The staff were helpful. the room was spacious. It had everything i needed. i particularly appreciated the central location. It made exploring the city easy.

The hotel offers free wifi throughout the building, which allowed me to stay connected. It was very useful for both work and leisure. i noticed the gym had several cardio machines and weights.

The reception staff was always available and happy to help with directions. They provided clear information. the breakfast service was efficient, and staff quickly cleared tables after guests finished. This kept the area clean.

The breakfast offered fantastic choices catering to everyone's dietary needs. I was amazed! All the staff were helpful and kind. I enjoyed the best night's sleep I have had in a hotel for a very long time. I will definitely stay at a hotel here again!
It was tricky to locate a parking space and drop-off location. The walk to the city center became much trickier.

Reception staff are lovely and always helpful! I was greatly pleased. Paulette in the restaurant is the kindest soul and very attentive. Her service elevated the entire dining experience from start to finish, i couldn't be happier.

the location is convenient. the building felt secure. i found the breakfast quite lovely. the staff members were friendly and accommodating.
i experienced some noise issues. i could hear doors closing and conversations in the hallway, which affected the quiet i hoped for

my stay included a very comfortable, modern room. the shower had fab toiletries and the mineral water was complimentary. the smart touch screen lighting system was a plus. the receptionist was very friendly, too!
The air conditioning did not seem to cool the room at all. Sleep was affected. the temperature was difficult to regulate.

adequate stay overall
early check-in cute service high heats hot air
i came for a birthday visit. marta and geovana provided us with complimentary early check-in.. it. the hotel seemed clean and fresh, and the room was lovely.
i noticed there was no air conditioning, a problem with the high heats. this made sleeping almost impossible. staff did provide a fan upon request, but it only blew hot air around.

broken air conditioning difficult parking
the location was acceptable, being close to the main attractions.
the air conditioning unit was broken in my room. i was provided with a fan, but it wasn't enough to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. also, the parking situation was frustrating as it was difficult to find a spot near the hotel.
