they upgraded my room to a king bed beautiful nonsmoking. the breakfast buffet had a fresh honeycomb. i really appreciated it.

The elevator near the spa had a slight moldy smell. But everything was still clean.

the room advertised a minibar. but i found it was sparsely stocked with overpriced items? it felt more like a suggestion than a real amenity. walking with luggage became a messy affair, it wasn't great.

amazing hospitality really good assistance immediate support helpful concierge

i experienced amazing hospitality at this hotel. duty manager gülcin immediately offered support when my daughter felt unwell and checked on her. the concierge desk helped a lot with transfers and shopping. suvde, fatima, and julia offered really good assistance.

The gym area needs more frequent checks. I spotted a piece of equipment needing some maintenance.

i found the breakfast really delicious. there were so many options and the quality was high. the staff was helpful, especially when i needed directions. the location was close to many attractions!
