a stay with mixed impressions
missing upgrade empty trays
The promised upgrade never materialized. i anticipated a superior room sea view, but i got a standard double or twin room. the room overlooked a rather dull alley. Not the glittering seascape i had envisioned. also, the breakfast buffet seemed to run out of pastries quite quickly. i often found myself staring at empty trays, a rather anticlimactic start to the day.

The hotel is located in a good area and I could walk to most sites. The tram was also very close. The room was clean. Everybody was really kind to me.
The restaurant furniture looked old and needed repair. I had to wait many days for a refund. Linens for the bed was ill-fitting.

diverse selection clean dining area helpful staff convenient walk
the breakfast offered a fresh and diverse selection of foods. the dining area maintained excellent cleanliness during service. the staff showed consistent helpfulness and courteous behavior. i found the walk into town convenient, placing key attractions within easy reach.
while generally satisfactory, i found the soundproofing could be improved slightly. i heard some noise from adjacent rooms on one occasion, though it wasn't a persistent issue.

The location allows convenient access to sultanahmet camii, reachable within approximately five minutes. the serene atmosphere contributed positively to my experience. the personnel displayed helpfulness and attentiveness throughout my stay. I encountered zero issues.

i had a positive interaction with elvin, who promptly secured a spot for my car. the staff supported all my requests efficiently. they provided assistance with information about local sights, ensuring i knew how to reach them.

ideal breakfast friendly concierge great food
The location made it easy to get around the major sights. I found restaurants with great food at better prices only a short walk away. Elvin, the concierge was particularly friendly and helpful to me. The hotel offered quiet comfort. an ideal breakfast.
