terrible lighting strange layout
the room was quite large and clean overall.
The lighting in the room was terrible. It was very dark and made it difficult to get ready. the room was also a strange layout. there was no rug for the single bed, meaning stepping onto cold vinyl floor.

dark room slow lifts
the hotel provided a croissant and coffee option near the canal, convenient.
the room felt very dark on arrival because the ceiling light wasnt working. staff initially stated that all rooms were like that, it was not right. only two lifts operated and caused a long wait each morning.

the hotel location was convenient near the train station. the room was a good size and clean. the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection had many options
i experienced slow elevators which sometimes caused considerable delays in reaching the ground floor from the upper levels

unnecessary charge dirty bathroom
THE hotel charged me for breakfast I didn't even HAVE. I complained, but nothing happened. They just shrugged. The room also was NOT cleaned properly. There were hairs in the bathroom. I found the poor service really annoying.

clean room helpful staff good staff
The hotel rooms were gorgeous and very clean it had anything i could possibly need the reception staff were also good there isn't very much around the hotel so be prepared to eat there or have to travel into the city the comedy club down the road was good fun too if you want an evening of english comedy
only thing is that it is a 10 minute walk to central station but you can get a 48 bus if you have people in your party that struggle to be mobile

the location was quite convenient. it was only a short walk to the central station. the staff was helpful. they provided directions and answered questions promptly.
my room was not thoroughly cleaned. i noticed some dust under the bed. the tv in the room was not working. this was a disappointment.
