i found the staff very friendly . the room was spacious, it included very clean facilities. the beds seemed comfortable and provided a good night's rest. the location near shops and cafes was quite convenient.

The reception area featured complimentary cakes and coffee. This was a very nice touch. my room included a nespresso machine, which i found convenient. i liked the beautiful decor details with great attention to detail throughout the facility.
The corridors felt somewhat dark and excessively warm. It was a bit uncomfortable.

I loved the complimentary beverages and cookies available daily. i enjoyed exploring the reading room. It reminded me of discovering a secret. the hotel's central location made everything so accessible (i barely needed public transport!).

The decor was fine. It really was a visual treat. the location was also quite good. It was very easy to get around from there.
The room i had felt a bit old, which wasn't ideal. The bed could have been better. It was a minor inconvenience though.

I appreciated the hotel's beautiful décor and attention to detail. The lobby always had complimentary tea and drinks available. The location was central. It allowed easy access to many attractions I wished to visit.
The breakfast area did not feel quite comfortable one morning because of an employee focused primarily on fees. I felt somewhat unwelcome due to the atmosphere.
