The breakfast included some hot items. The location is in the middle of the center. I found this very convenient. The room was very clean.

The hotel has no parking! It was always a problem to enter and exit the public garage, even after paying a lot per day. The room was noisy due to a constant air conditioning sound. There was no hair conditioner.

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. They quickly stored our luggage before check-in. I stayed in a Spa room. The tub, shower, and sauna worked GREAT and clear instructions were provided. I really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel did NOT provide complimentary bottled water or coffee in the room. I had to buy water at a nearby supermarket. This was an inconvenience after a long day.

Wonderful Stay Near Central Station

central location friendly staff

The location proved convenient, placing me a short walk from centraal station. i received an unexpected upgrade to a suite. This included a spa bath, which i used and found relaxing after a long day. staff members were friendly, and i received a welcome bottle of champagne upon check-in.

While the hotel overall was satisfactory, one minor inconvenience involved the elevators, somewhat slow and dated. one elevator was temporarily out of service. This required using the stairs, and i noticed an open lift shaft on the second floor, which seemed a safety concern.

I adored the spa room. It charmed me. The room exceeded my expectations, fulfilling every desire i had. The breakfast options were plentiful, with so many choices! The food was fresh and good, a real treat.

One minor detail i noticed, the elevators seemed SLIGHTLY slow. Not a major issue, but still noticeable.

central location helpful staff tea facilities

the location suited me perfectly it was close to the central station and shops. the staff were pleasant and helpful . the kettle and tea making facilities in the room were a nice touch after my outings.

the hotel lacked parking i had difficulty entering and exiting the nearby parking despite the cost.
