The gym had a great selection of equipment. I found the sauna particularly relaxing after a long day. The breakfast offered many choices, and I especially liked the fresh coffee. I appreciated the staff's attentiveness throughout my stay.
The mineral water in the room came with a charge. I felt this inclusion should be complimentary, especially at this standard.

the king guest room was spacious and well-kept. i found the bed comfortable. the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
during my stay, i noticed that the gym lacked sufficient equipment for comprehensive weight training, specifically for leg and abdominal muscles. this limited my workout options. i think it would be beneficial for the hotel to invest in additional machines to cater to a wider range of fitness needs.

The location was convenient, with many shops and dining places nearby. My room was always clean and well kept by housekeeping each day. I found the fridge in my room particularly useful for storing drinks and snacks. The breakfast offered a good range of fresh options (the pastries were very fresh).
The check-in process was slow, with limited staff at the front desk handling multiple guests. There was only one person dedicated to checking in guests, which caused some delays and frustration.
