i found the breakfast buffet offered diverse choices of fruits and freshly baked breads. restaurant staff were attentive to guests during the breakfast service.
The room i was assigned was a bit small for a five-star hotel. This was slightly disappointing.

I found the staff to be very helpful. The hotel offered in-room dining 24/7 , it was quite unique. The rooms have nice decorations.
The outside pavements were being relaid , and this work was going on all through the night bang outside the hotel, so it was very noisy.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is right next to the tram line. The staff members are friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the warm greetings from Gonca during breakfast. Her smile brightened each morning. The Azra Spa offered a wonderful hammam experience with skilled therapists.
