The staff showed really good kindness. They even surprised my partner with balloons and complimentary drink vouchers for their birthday. this thoughtful gesture enhanced our stay. i coordinated a proposal . The staff was helpful in. we also enjoyed a superb breakfast. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, setting a positive tone for the day.
the absence of a mini-bar in the room did mean i had to leave the hotel to purchase refreshments, a minor inconvenience.

i really enjoyed how well my dog was treated . the hotel offered a bed and bowls for my pooch which was a lovely touch. the staff was really accommodating and they are a true asset to this hotel.
i found the room was missing some attention to detail. the body wash and shampoo were completely empty in my room and i had to request them to be refilled, however that never happened, inconvenient.

the bed in the classic room was comfortable. the hotel is very close to the city center. i found the garden to be quite beautiful. breakfast had many options (i especially liked the fresh fruit).
i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom, specifically some cracked tiles, but it didn't really impact my stay.

mixed feelings about this stay

inconsistent shower
i had some issues . also, the shower temperature was inconsistent. it kept fluctuating between hot and cold, made showering quite unpleasant. i did like the location, but these issues definitely impacted my experience.
