breakfast was good, it included a toasting machine. this toasting machine actually toasted the bread well! the cancellation window was convenient with up to 4pm the previous day. the central location and friendly staff added to the positive experience.
I received room 237 and there was a massive building site on the street outside. That building site was noisy in the morning. the room also felt quite cold when i first entered it.

Accessible parking was cheap. It connected directly to the hotel. the foyer and restaurant felt light. They featured an open food atmosphere. the hotel had a lounge and a bar on site.

The room had plenty of space. It was reasonably sized and clean. a sofa was available in the room. the bed was very comfortable. It contributed to a restful experience.

The location was ideal. many restaurants were near the hotel. the hotel provided easy access to glamis castle. it was a short walk to the Caird Hall. The venue was quite convenient.

the breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a very wide selection. staff were friendly and very helpful. i found the location to be very convenient for walking to local attractions.
the tv was limited to freeview channels , with no option for device connection. the shower pressure was low , and the handles were hard to turn. during room cleaning , a reusable mug was removed , while some rubbish remained.

the car park attaches to the hotel. i accessed it through a little walkway. overnight parking from 8pm-8am was free.
the room was very small and the bed was very small to. the tap in the bathroom was in a awkward position. washing hands was difficult.
