the location is excellent with direct access to shops and cafes in the intermark tower. i asked the bellboy to take me to the executive lounge on the 34th floor for check-in, and he was very helpful. check-in was swift in the lounge, and i received an upgrade to a two-room suite. the service in the executive lounge was also excellent.
the halls seemed to have an odd smell , and the soundproofing was not great as traffic noise was noticeable.

The hotel's location proved convenient, offering direct access to shops, cafés, and restaurants. The breakfast selection was excellent, with many options to satisfy every palate! Staff greeted me with warm smiles. They were always available to assist me. The hotel location near the train station made getting around very easy.
The check-in process took longer than expected, even when there weren't many other guests waiting.
