spotlessly clean roommaintained roomamazing breakfaststained sofa
My room was spotlessly clean. It was well maintained and very comfortable. breakfast was amazing!!! it included a really good selection to meet most needs. the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. i'll definitely book again when i next visit.
the breakfast was not good. coco pops and a bag of hovis is really a complete joke. also, the tv is fitted to a side wall, so you can't watch it in bed. instead, you need to sit on a stained sofa to see it.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

efficient check-incomfortable sofaloud music
The check-in process was clear and efficient, and I appreciated the explanation of parking (always a plus). My spacious standard room included a comfortable sofa. I also enjoyed the discount on my evening meal and drinks.
The music at night was a little loud. I think it affected my sleep. The baby also had trouble settling due to the noise.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provided a comprehensive breakfast, with well-catered gluten-free options, which I found very handy. The bar area looked great, and the location near the theatre was useful (I took a pleasant evening stroll).
