Charming Stay
helpful staff room decor lovely surprise
I found the staff very helpful from check-in. Breakfast was very nice. Our room was upgraded as a lovely surprise. The room decor was very lovely. It was a fantastic touch to have a bath in the room.
I was in a basement room and I could clearly hear people walking in the restaurant above. Chairs being dragged created a lot of noise early in the morning. I was woken up at 6 AM because of this.

The staff was cute and efficient across the board. They provided great recommendations regarding the area. I was very impressed with the attentive service they provided . The breakfast was really nice, too.

excellent hotel
great room spacious room comfy bed
i booked a junior suite. it was a great room and very spacious. the HUGE comfy bed was a highlight and i loved the double shower and sinks.
The phone DIDN'T work, so i couldn't order room service. i had to go down to reception. My room was right at the end of the hotel.

spacious room luxurious bed linen soft towels
the classic double room was spacious! the bed linen felt luxurious. i found the soft towels in the bathroom especially good. breakfast was really good and had exactly what i wanted!!!

excellent check-in warm room good breakfast tired hotel shabby condition full refurb
check-in was excellent at reception. the room was warm and inviting. breakfast was very good with several choices.
the hotel seemed a bit tired. the condition looked shabby, specifically, it needs a full refurb. this was disappointing considering it is a hotel du vin.
