I found the staff very helpful from check-in. Breakfast was very nice. Our room was upgraded as a lovely surprise. The room decor was very lovely. It was a fantastic touch to have a bath in the room.

the hotel seemed a bit tired. the condition looked shabby, specifically, it needs a full refurb. this was disappointing considering it is a hotel du vin.
