The Olympic Dining Room seemed excellent. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. It was convenient for exploring the castle.

The bathroom cleanliness was an issue. The sink pedestal and toilet basin looked grubby. This gave the impression the room was not properly clean. I also noticed a planter, which seemed to block disabled access from the side entrance to the high street.

The staff were so kind. I really appreciated having lots of parking close by and the price was good! The location is also great.

The breakfast buffet could have been more up-to-date. I prefer freshly prepared options.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

unreliable flush black mold

the bathroom definitely needs an update the toilet flush was unreliable i had to fix it myself to make it work consistently. the bathroom window had noticeable black mold i think that's unacceptable. the mattress was too firm for my liking i found it difficult to get comfortable at night.
