i appreciated the family room it was a good size. the reception staff were all very friendly. the pizza was amazing i ate it outside in the heated pods it was lovely and cosy.
i found there was a distinct lack of drawer space for three people for three nights. it was difficult to organize our belongings efficiently. i hope they can improve this in the future.

the building had a beautiful victorian style with tasteful decorations throughout. it looked clean and tidy with a friendly atmosphere. i ate lunch at the bar, it tasted good. i think this hotel is a strong four stars.
the shower had no water pressure. i wish it had a more powerful stream. this affected my morning routine slightly.

the hotel had a very nice tea and coffee station. it included some lovely touches like kit kats. the pizzas were AMAZING!!!
i wasn't informed that room was only cleaned or towels changed on request, so i was a bit surprised to return to the room in the evening to find it in the same condition it had been left.
