i loved the massive pool area , it has tons of space for everyone to chill. the breakfast buffet was killer , so many choices! the bars had awesome drinks , especially those frozen cocktails , wow!

i found the hotel spacious it had tasteful decor. the staff were lovely and very helpful every day. breakfast offered so much choice it was plentiful. on-site restaurants are amazing bacco especially stood out as worth a visit i appreciate that.
the beach was a little untidy this is a shame because the location is good. there is an opportunity to do so much more with it. the potential is there and the current state slightly detracts from its beauty.

I found the hotel spacious and well-kept. The staff demonstrated excellent service and fluent English. They are always ready to assist. The room was clean and fresh, and daily replenishments were consistent. The check-in and check-out process was very fast.
I noticed the food presentation at the buffet breakfast was lacking. The dishes reminded me of they were placed without attention to detail.

The hotel is situated near archeological sites. A long, wide, modern promenade runs beside the hotel and the sea, allowing for scenic walks. Bike rentals are available at the hotel for a reasonable fee of 10 EUR per day.

The hotel rooms are beautifully appointed and kept immaculately clean. Housekeeping cleans and replenishes the rooms twice daily. The evening turndown service includes lovely touches, adding to the overall experience. Beds are very good and comfortable.

The pool area is stunning, providing comfortable sun loungers. Big towels are readily available at the spa; that was very convenient. There is a terrace overlooking the pool and beach, where beautiful sunsets can be seen and talented artists provide entertainment.

towel policyfree water
The hotel enforced a towel policy that i found insulting. i had to exchange a blue card for towels and then get the card back when i returned them. this felt more like a budget motel than a luxury resort. also, they didn't provide free water at the pool. I had to buy it. this felt cheap for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
