cramped breakfast roomworn carpets
the breakfast room felt a bit cramped it was hard to move around during peak hours. the selection was decent but the layout made it difficult to access the food without bumping into other guests. also i noticed some wear and tear in the hallway carpets they could use a refresh to maintain a better overall impression.

My room was upgraded. It was a nice surprise. The breakfast offered varied choices daily and tasted good. I found the staff very kind. I received a gift of fruit and nuts, I thought that was a nice touch.
The air conditioning did not work very well. The balcony doors did not close properly. This needs a fix.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to major tourist sites. I could easily walk. The surrounding area looked calm. The general neighborhood seemed safe at all hours, which I valued.

the staff members, mohammad, anas, and meryem, provided great service. breakfast was really good and varied each morning. housekeeping kept everything clean . i also liked the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day and night.
the bathroom setup lacked a ledge to keep water from splashing during showers.

the reception staff was friendly and helpful with requests. staff brought coffee when i returned to the hotel. they also tried to ensure i had an excellent time at the hotel.

underwhelming stay. issues with cleanliness and noise
broken bedsubpar soundproofing
The room was not very clean on arrival. i found hair in the sink. the bed was also broken and made annoying noises, and the pillows felt uncomfortable. there was considerable noise from adjacent rooms. i could hear conversations and other sounds, difficult to relax. The soundproofing was definitely subpar.
