cramped breakfast room worn carpets
the breakfast room felt a bit cramped it was hard to move around during peak hours. the selection was decent but the layout made it difficult to access the food without bumping into other guests. also i noticed some wear and tear in the hallway carpets they could use a refresh to maintain a better overall impression.

Solid Choice near Taksim Square
room upgrade varied breakfast kind staff fruit gift
My room was upgraded. It was a nice surprise. The breakfast offered varied choices daily and tasted good. I found the staff very kind. I received a gift of fruit and nuts, I thought that was a nice touch.
The air conditioning did not work very well. The balcony doors did not close properly. This needs a fix.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to major tourist sites. I could easily walk. The surrounding area looked calm. The general neighborhood seemed safe at all hours, which I valued.

excellent hotel stay
friendly staff good breakfast excellent housekeeping complimentary drink
the staff members, mohammad, anas, and meryem, provided great service. breakfast was really good and varied each morning. housekeeping kept everything clean . i also liked the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day and night.
the bathroom setup lacked a ledge to keep water from splashing during showers.

the hotel is near taksim square, about a short walk away. many restaurants are very close by. public transport stations are also easily accessible from the hotel.

the reception staff was friendly and helpful with requests. staff brought coffee when i returned to the hotel. they also tried to ensure i had an excellent time at the hotel.

the breakfast included many delicious options. it featured a rich and varied selection of items. the breakfast service was AMAZING!!!

underwhelming stay. issues with cleanliness and noise
broken bed subpar soundproofing
The room was not very clean on arrival. i found hair in the sink. the bed was also broken and made annoying noises, and the pillows felt uncomfortable. there was considerable noise from adjacent rooms. i could hear conversations and other sounds, difficult to relax. The soundproofing was definitely subpar.
