they did move me to a quieter room, but why rent out the noisy one in the first place? the pool was small and crowded. lifts weren't working properly, so i had to use the stairs a lot. there were no bathrobes or slippers in the room, and the fridge wasn't working either.

The breakfast offered a varied and amazing buffet. Fresh-baked Bavarian pretzels with sweet mustard were included. The location was great for exploring.. It was two stops on the S-Bahn to Marienplatz. The bar was also nice.
I found the room quite sparse for a hotel of this rating. The room lacked a desk for working. The minibar had only a bottle of water, and it was not replenished the following day. Everything felt cramped.

the front desk was very helpful. they gave advice and suggestions. the toilet was separate from the bath. this was nice and practical, as there was also decent wardrobe space.
the air condition was not good. the room was very hot. the staff said it worked fine, but it did not seem to work. in room fridge was broken and the shower hose leaked.
