satisfactory stay with some minor issues
helpful staff cute bar dirty street ineffective air conditioning
the room was quite spacious it included a free minibar the staff were helpful and friendly the bar area was cute i liked the hotel's central location it was close to the train station
the street outside was noticeably dirty it had an unpleasant odour i found the air conditioning to be ineffective it only blew out regular air the room felt oppressively hot the temperature controls did not respond

train station helpful staff food abundance comfortable beds unwelcoming reception soda unavailability air conditioning
The location was GREAT, very close to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The buffet had an abundance of food each morning. The beds were comfortable, I slept SO well.
I saw no smiles. I found it hard to buy a soda late at night. There was NO availability after bar hours. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, the temperature in the room was difficult to tolerate.

decent stay with minor issues
good shower great breakfast menu bad smell dim room
the room was a good size and the bathroom also. the shower was very good and i liked the breakfast menu. its nice arriving by train, the location is great.
both of my rooms had a bad smell. i talked to the front desk, he said it's because of the new leather. i look around the room but there's no leather furnishings at all. not enough lighting in the room, it was very dim.

the breakfast included a wide selection of items. the room included coffee and tea making facilities. the free minibar had beer, juice and water (i liked the water).
the area around the train station can feel a little intimidating at night.

average experience with some issues
ineffective air conditioning unpleasant odor
the location met my expectations, it was near the station.
the room was too hot, and the air conditioning did not work properly, only blowing out warm air, this made sleeping very difficult. i also noticed the street had an unpleasant odor, it added to the negative experience. it was disappointing to pay so much and not be comfortable.

adequate but with issues
unwelcoming staff clogged toilet
the breakfast had a decent selection of breads cereals and some warm options
the reception staff was not cute i had to initiate every conversation when approaching the desk i experienced this with several members of the staff in one of the rooms the toilet clogged i reported this at 13:00 and reminded them at 15:00 when we returned close to 9 hours later it still was not fixed

Breakfast included good options that were vegetarian.
I found that the reception staff lacked warmth, with a general absence of smiles or greetings. Every conversation needed my initiation. A toilet in one room clogged. I informed the front desk, yet it remained unfixed even nine hours later. This was unacceptable.
