atrocious sound insulationcramped seating
the sound insulation was atrocious. every step and flush from neighboring rooms echoed loudly, seriously disrupting my sleep. also, the breakfast area felt more like a canteen, with cramped seating and a less than appealing selection of hot items.

the room i got was too basic. there was no kettle and no coffee provided. the room decor seemed a little tired.
