I found the staff SO helpful. They assisted with directions and luggage promptly. The MRT station was conveniently close. The historical building entrance was unique, offering a glimpse into local culture.
The walls are thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The team stored luggage securely after checkout and arranged for a refreshing shower prior to my departure, VERY thoughtful. Staff welcomed me each time with a smile and by name.
