central attraction ornate room long time empty breakfast
The location proved advantageous. The hotel is near all the central attractions. Breakfast happened in an ornate room. It was a previous palace. That was amazing.
Check in took a long time! The atmosphere at the entrance hall was not the best.

upper floor garden unexpected delight great combination hotel facilities incorrect information massage hotel issue misunderstanding
The building had a garden on the upper floor. It was an unexpected surprise. The apartments had hotel facilities, it was a great combination.
The receptionist informed me about a complimentary massage, this information was incorrect. Another receptionist insisted on charging me for the massage the following day. I tried to explain the situation, she insisted that I had to pay it.

central location friendly staff helpful information travel tips
the location was central. you could easily walk to major attractions, and i loved that. the staff were friendly, and i especially appreciated maria at the front desk. she provided helpful information about local attractions and travel tips, going above and beyond.
The only minor issue was the slightly thin walls. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway, it was still manageable though

the room was spacious. it included a sofa bed all set for my kids. i noticed little toiletry bags were given to them which i think it was a lovely touch.
i found the toiletry supplies to be super cheap, they lacked quality.

the location is amazing for walking the room was a good size the water pressure in the shower was strong breakfast across the street at mercador was excellent the staff at the front desk helped us book a six bridges tour that was very helpful.
i noticed the villa rooms didn't seem quite as updated as some of the other rooms in the hotel.
