The Grainary Boutique B&B is situated on a working farm in Harwood Dale, between Scarborough and Whitby. Offering panoramic views of the North York Moors, the location is surrounded by 40 acres of private land ideal for walking and exploring. The Grainary hosts fifteen beautifully appointed bedrooms with views of the North York Moors National Park. Four of these rooms are located on the ground floor, including a fully accessible bedroom equipped with a wet room. The first floor features a variety of king, twin, and super king rooms, providing spacious accommodations for various group sizes.

Dining at The Grainary includes a restaurant that serves meals Thursday through Saturday, with an expanded schedule from April onwards. The menu utilizes seasonal produce, featuringing an array of dishes along with weekly specials, catering to diverse tastes.
