Excellent stay. Great staff
early check-in helpful staff quiet location
The staff was very cute and tried to accommodate my needs. I even got early check-in. they were really good too get my room ready early. the location is quiet in a less touristy area but is a reasonable distance from everything.
the floor was sticky. there were no bathrobes. the room was smaller than i expected.

the beautiful double room had clean sheets and comfortable pillows. it also featured a wardrobe, a safe, and bedside lamps. there was a television, mirrors, and a mini-fridge available for use.

the hotel offers luggage storage after checkout. the hotel is fairly close to a tram stop. netflix is available on the tv in the rooms.

the hotel is within walking distance or a short tram ride to the center. there are many lovely restaurants nearby. the hotel's location allowed me to explore many spots missed on public transportation.

spacious penthouse calming view personalised attention
I relished the spacious penthouse suite. the terrace offered such calming city views. It was like my own private world. staff attention to detail felt personalised. Cori at the desk provided really good help and service during my check-in process and stay.
the water temperature in the shower wasn't adjustable, it was a small inconvenience.

The reception staff worked diligently. They provided helpful support with baggage and directions. i observed quick check-in and check-out processes, it definitely streamlines the guest experience and allows for more relaxation.

This location benefits greatly from proximity to public transportation. trams are easily accessible and make traveling simple. The central location allows exploration. the neighbourhood includes many restaurants, with cuisines.

My penthouse suite featured two tvs and a coffee machine with plenty of coffee capsules. the inclusion of a kettle and small refrigerator provides convenience. Robes and slippers were available which add to comfort.
