a mixed bag
worn carpet small room
The location was good. It was easy to get around.
the room felt quite dated. the carpet looked worn and the furniture seemed old. also, i found the room quite small for the price, and it lacked some expected amenities like complimentary water.

underwhelming experience. at a premium price
small room currency exchange issue
the location proved convenient for seeing the city, a small consolation.
My room felt quite small for the price, with some stains visible on the walls. Not exactly the pristine experience i anticipated. the shower barely dribbled water, it felt more like standing in a gentle rain than a proper shower, a disappointing start to the day. also, i asked about exchanging currency at check-in, i got a runaround and was almost late for my flight.

the staff cleaned my room daily to a high standard. turn down service added extra touches (a nice surprise!). the reception staff were also friendly and helpful.
the room was very average for the premium price i paid. there were no flowers or chocolate. it did not really align with the price.

unique entrance attentive staff high standard special touches
I loved the courtyard entrance. It's very unique. the hotel is grand, and the staff are attentive. my room was cleaned to a high standard daily. the turndown service added some extra special touches.
the room was a little bit far away from the elevators.
