The Bank Hotel enjoys a favorable location near the Anne Frank House and the Jordaan district, about a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal station. Many guests appreciate the spacious rooms and lovely bathrooms, some featuring a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The street, primarily for bikes, offers a quieter atmosphere in the evenings, though some guests have noted the furniture is a bit dated. Many have found the beds comfortable, and some rooms even have pleasant views overlooking the street.

The hotel location was very good. It was in a busy area and near many restaurants. I also liked it was close to the Anne Frank museum. The staff gave a friendly hello always. My room was lovely. The bed really felt comfy. I almost wanted to take it home.
Half way through the stay, scaffolding was put up. It had a huge impact on sleep. The banging of scaffolding started at 8am and continue until 11am. The shower floor seemed slimy. I think cups, saucers and glasses werent changed . The teabags weren't refilled either.

nice stay in central location

central locationfriendly staffspacious roomnon-working tv
the central location made it easy to explore many attractions , and i found the staff consistently friendly. the room had quiet air conditioning , and it was spacious and clean. the central station was a manageable distance , even with luggage.
the absence of netflix on the tv was a small disappointment , especially since only a few channels were available. the tv itself was not working upon arrival , which required some attention.
