The location was very convenient. It offered easy access to the metro. A nearby grocery store was also useful. The staff were helpful (always a plus).
The room's lighting wasn't sufficient after sunset. The room became very dark, difficult to relax.

The metro was super close. A two minute walk is not far at all. i also liked the cookies and sandwiches downstairs i could grab when i felt hungry. for a bigger meal, i could eat upstairs at the restaurant, what a treat!
the television in the room was quite small.

The sauna access was free and really appreciated. the rooftop views were lovely (i enjoyed them ). the hotel provided good quality shared bathrooms and toilets. They were consistently very clean.
the ventilation made a bit of noise at night.

I appreciated the concept. It included a busy working space on the ground floor. It created a more social and friendly atmosphere. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and had good amenities (like toiletries and extra towels). The breakfast was excellent. There was a moderate selection of items with really good pastries and great coffee.
The airconditioning was very loud. Even on the lowest setting, there was significant wind noise and an electrical buzzing sound (i struggled a bit with it). The parking felt cramped, and there were not enough electric chargers available.

The reception staff offered luggage assistance and gave good recommendations for local attractions. The cafe and bar staff were very friendly and always available for a chat. They even organized celebrations for a guest's birthday.

the location was great because it was right next to a metro stop. this metro line goes directly to the central station. i found decent restaurant options and a good supermarket within walking distance. the bed felt comfy, and the room had a well-designed space.

breakfast on the seventh floor can be enjoyed with a fantastic view. i enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere in the main dining area. the bar has a nice chill feel.

the staff were helpful, and check-in was efficient. i was informed i could check in early and got upgraded to a larger room for some nights. it was super to rent bikes directly from reception without any hassle.
