The location was excellent. Deira city centre mall was very close. comfortable beds offered good rest, and the air conditioning worked well. i appreciated the efficient room cleaning service. the room was always cleaned thoroughly even when i left late.
the gym was small and not well-equipped.

mr. samar from the housekeeping staff did a really great job, keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my six nights stay. all the staff members including the front desk team were always smiling and willing to help. ms. yeab handled the check-in and check-out processes smoothly, which i very much appreciated.

my room had a lovely balcony. undercroft parking spaces were secure. the wi-fi worked without issues! housekeeping, including ramathan, was friendly. the room was clean.
