staff was friendly and helpful with directions to local attractions. the lobby decor felt very festive with colourful decorations. i requested rooms near each other and the hotel accommodated this request. the lobby also has nice spots to relax and enjoy a drink.
the twin room i booked felt a bit dated. the room need a fresh coat of paint, and some fixtures look slanted.

the location was spot on, it was close to the city centre. the hotel was clean, i noticed. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, i appreciated it! the breakfast was very nice.
on arriving at the hotel, i was allocated my room. the corridors on the way to the room are in need of a makeover, i felt. the doors to the rooms and walls were all badly scuffed, i saw it.

The location was good (I had easy access to many spots).
The room was hot, an uncomfortable situation. A fan was available, but I think the bathroom needed better cleaning. the shower had very low water pressure, a small detail, but annoying after a long day.
