this hotel provided clean spacious room. staff stored my luggage before check in. location works well with bus and metro connections, this helped a lot.

the hotel is near casa da música metro station and many bus stops. these connections made it easy to reach many parts of the city including downtown and the airport, this was good.

my room had adequate size with a comfortable bed. the bathroom included walk in shower, it was very nice. large windows provided a good source of light, this kept the room airy.

front desk staff was helpful with local information, they knew much about the city. the housekeeping staff kept everything very clean. the hotel staff stored the luggage after checkout, it was a good help.

The room was spacious and very clean! daily refills of water were super convenient. i found a lovely food market just a few minutes away. It had a great variety of food and drinks. cheap ubers helped me get around easily.
the hotel was a bit far from the city center, a good 30-minute walk.

I found a couple of issues . first, the air conditioning on the 12th floor struggled to cool the room effectively despite being quite noisy. also, i was disappointed by the lack of conveniently located power outlets near the desk or bed. I needed an extension cord.
