Staying at this hotel felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. The brilliant views from our 2nd floor canal-side room were amazing, but the room was somewhat small, with the bed pushed against the wall. Overall, the rooms were well sized and very clean.

Staying with friends was simply magnificent, with a balcony and a canal view. However, the room was not represented in the photos and was extremely small. Despite the misleading advertising, the service was perfect, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for exploring Amsterdam, but there were disturbances from other guests. The dining experience was the best I had for a long time, especially being vegetarian-friendly. The facilities were satisfactory.
