excellent location and friendly staff

the hotel location was amazing right next to two tram stops. i found bars and museums within walking distance. the hotel is right on a canal.
the staircase was hard to use because it was very steep. i appreciated the staff helped me bring my luggage up and down the stairs.

The staff helped with our luggage. That was acceptable.
The room felt dark. it was hard to get ready in there. the staircase was also hard to use. It felt scary because it was so steep. breakfast seemed a bit expensive so we skipped it.
